I hate to be the bearer of bad news or anything, but this is pretty much Japan only. Falcom aren't selling them, another site is. Furthermore, it's expensive as hell. You can send in your own PSP and get it redecorated for 23,980 Yen... or buy a pre-decorated one new for 39,780 Yen.
Sucks too, some of these look awesome. If I had the money I'd be temped to deputy a brand new one of the Sora designs, and you all know my views on the PSP by now!

They don't look nice. They look amazing. I wish I could afford one, and I really need a new PSP, too. :/

And are these even decals? They look like that plastic-bleaching... painting... method thing I've heard about. Like the image is basically tatooed into the plastic, such that it wont come out. I can't imagine one needing to send in a handheld for sticker application.
If (super-if) I ever did this I'd have to do a send-in though, it seems. I happen to like my 1000-series, and wouldn't trade it "up" for anything. Actually, given the nature of the designs, they probably wouldn't accept a 1k, anyhow. OH WELL.

As far as I can tell that's basically what they are. They're absolutely not anything simple like stickers, or there's no way they could get away with charging that much. The site does all kinds of mods for other consoles too, like multicoloured PS3 slims and stuff. Also, they won't touch 1000 series PSPs, no. 2000, 3000 or PSPGo. |

They look nice but this is one of those things where I wouldn't pay more than about 40 bucks to just have it sent so I can install it myself ;/
