I barely know anything about Ys as it is... >_> Eh, to be honest, I'm pretty new to their games, too -- I'd pretty much only barely heard of them before I picked up Ys VI late last year, but I enjoyed that enough to start digging since. We welcome everyone who has interest in their games, newbies or experienced. The point was, though, that between everyone here, there's probably hardly a Falcom-related question that someone can't answer. Sorry, maybe I put that wrong. |

The Book of Hadal was the 1st one i've got in Ys I for the Sega Master System.It tells about how Ys flourished because of Cleria and such.Ys I was the 1st RPG game i've ever played and beaten,back in 1991.I always had a special feeling for this game. It started all my love for the Ys series,and it'll always have a place in my heart! Several years later,a really nice guy at RIGG sent me PDF files with the 6 books of Ys translated,and told me about the other Ys games that were around.Actually,he made many translations and worked on some others for the Ys series.I'm glad i knew him! Now i'm really a hardcore Ys fan,and i'm always roaming the net browsing for anything Ys-related (games,carts,cds,translations,artwork etc).
