Found out about this at the 07-GHOST LiveJournal community. Apparently, the publisher went bankrupt. :\
I went to their official site to see if they updated their company status and found some annoying domain parking company has already took it over. >_>
Anyway, found this as the 3rd or so link on Google:

Yikes! Just caught another headline on the Google search results! Apparently, Viz cut its staff by 40%. o___O

I guess the economy as well as the fact that scanlations are available in abundance isn't helping the situation much.
