The Famicom version is my favorite so far, AND I've posted a FAQ for it on GameFAQs in case you ever get stuck. Plus it's not choppy like an MSX game.

One of the group members who translated Romancia for MSX is a good friend of mine and he has expressed interest in possibly translating Romancia Unbalance one day if it doesn't prove to be too much extra work from that of the MSX version. He did also mention that an MSX version of Dragon Slayer 4 has also been completed, so be on the look out for that as well. : )

Not sure on the specifics or whether or not it was an old project or new project. He just mentioned that to me once he shot me an email about the Romancia MSX project being completed. He's done several MSX fan-translation projects, including most notably Xak I, touch ups and improvements on Xak II, Tower of Gazzel, Fray in Magical Adventure and the Ys games. He also did the MSX version of Final Fantasy and a few others like Ganbare Goemon.
