I've been taking appetite suppressants.
It's awesome, I used to snack all day long, now all I do is drink water and have a couple small meals, and I'm golden.
Of course my stomach hates me, but my brain keeps saying "naw guy, yer guud".

If you're doing this to prevent overeating, cool. If you're doing this and undereating as a result, well, take it from me, it causes you to lose weight in all the wrong ways

Well, I weigh over 300 pounds, and without a job I snack all day long.
I need something to tell my stomach, "HEY STOP", but instead it went to my brain.
So right now, as I said.
<Stomach> FEED ME YOU SON OF A!
<Brain> na guy, don't sweat it.
<Me> ... *nibbles on toast, runs to bathroom*
I just gotta drink a lot of water.

I've been undereating lately... but more because there's no fucking food. I eat breakfast at 6am and then nothing more until dinner, at 6-8pm. I want more vegetables, damnit! Then again, I've been making myself eat less anyway.
I know what it's like to snack a lot, whenever my parents go on vacation without me I end up eating 3x as much as I usually do out of loneliness, if not more. It's horrible. But unless you're REALLY stubborn, I think it'd be better to just discipline yourself.

Well, some people need a little help along the way. I know after another month or two of taking these things my stomach would've shrinked some, and I'll be able to snack much much less. And there is also the "no food" part too. Out of a job, so I'm conserving my food. I get food stamps and all that, but they start on the 9th of Sept. Gotta keep what I got going.
