Hi everybody. I only recently re-discovered Ys and was excited to find a forum dedicated to the series full of such knowledgeable and die-hard fans. I played Books I&II and Wanders from Ys back in the day on the TurboGrafx 16 CD. I loved those games so much, but I completely forgot about the series as time passed. I had no idea that Falcom was still making excellent Ys games. I have been lurking these boards for a couple of weeks now and finally decided to join.

It might be called "Welcome", but as you know - it's a shop theme, so it's actually hilariously inappropriate! Oh and Welcome Mister Mistere!

Thanks for the warm welcome! Actually, I think a shop tune is quite appropriate considering how much Ys stuff I need to buy that I missed out on

Why is that inappropriate? I'm confused! When a customer enters your shop, you say "Welcome!"... and when a new user enters the board, you say "Welcome!" -Tom Yes but you don't exactly say "That'll be £10, please" to a new user do you?! It was more the shop theme in MP83's context, rather than the welcoming gesture, that I found funny. (Also, I didn't mean "inappropriate" as in objectionable, just sort of weirdly out of place!)That was fun!
