I am curious about show stage shows and concerts and such that people have been to because I am nosy! Feel free to include school plays. :B Here's my list off the top of my head (I'm omitting most of the years since I don't remember any of the dates :P) Oh yeah, with the exception of Otakon (Baltimore) and PAX (Seattle), and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir bit (Salt Lake City), everything else was in Toronto. :P : - Miss Saigon
- Show Boat
- Oklahoma! (performed by St. Michael's College School at the auditorium of the school)
- New Kids on the Block Concert (at the Skydome during their Step by Step tour way back when ^^)
- Video Games Live (March(?) 2008)
- Brian Regan (March 2007)
- Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy (Nov 27, 2010)
- Angela (during Otakon one year)
- L'Arc~en~Ciel (same Otakon year as the Angela concert)
- Protomen, Anamanaguchi, and The Minibosses at PAX (Prime) 2010
- Mormon Tabernacle Choir (at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple Tabernacle. ... Technically, they were just doing rehersals, IIRC, but they eventually treated the audience to an actual performance more or less. *_____* I felt so lucky to be there that one night!)
Oh and that one year where my family and I sat through the CHIN Picnic shit at the CNE. I literally went ape-shit on the people in front (re: half of the audience) for standing up and blocking everyone's way. I think the fact that I didn't really want to be there kind of made me explode. :P Was half-tempted to actually pick something up and throw it at them too but I probably would have been arrested. I really hate places where the seating isn't suited for performances -- like how all the seats are on one level. :/ !!!!!!!! Seeing cronorei's post made me remember some other concerts~!!!!! |

I was going to go to a Rise Against concert last year on December 4th, but my band had their Christmas parade that day and I couldn't go.
Was going to go to a Kansas/Foreigner/Styx concert earlier this year in Washington D.C., but my sister left without me. <_<

IN order:
Saw Nightwish at a really small venue in Scottsdale (there were seriously maybe 100 people there. It was odd for a first "concert" experience)
Saw Dream Theatre during their Octavarium Tour. Shit was awesome.
Saw Jim Gaffigan with a good friend of mine.
Saw Lewis Black with my most awesome uncle. The man is hilarious.
At some other times I've seen plays like Othello, and theatrical version of the Wizard of Oz, Hamlet, and other stuff I am sure I'm forgetting. Can't really recall at what ages/when I saw them, so I can't put them in any order, haha.
I also WOULD HAVE seen Pain of Salvation on the Progressive Nation tour (and some other bands I don't care about + DT)m but thier fucking label went bankrupt and I was denied. It's not meant to be.
