well....I'll finish the game soon...really soon...and I don't know why magic I can use. There's no fireballs....no Loo magic...I dunno

Magic comes from your swords in MotS. Five of them are magical and it should be really obvious which ones. Four are used to attack and one heals you. And those three ornaments you've presumably picked up? Take them to Selrei and you can upgrade the three associated swords.

Gracias por responder, justo lo que esperaba...me terminare el juego muy pronto, asi que nada de magia...tal vez las saque en A New Theory
