I used to think I had a lot, but I'm not sure anymore. Let me see.. 1) NES 2) Super NES 3) Sega Genesis 4) Game Boy 5) Nintendo 64 6) Game Cube 7) Game Boy Advance/SP 8) Playstation 9) Playstation 2 10) Dreamcast 11) X-Box 12) PC I'm afraid to get the PSP for fear it might absorb my poor, treasured older consoles. >_> Which was a cheesy reference to this: www.hcn.zaq.ne.jp/cabic508/rsf/frame1.html Not sure if it's been linked here before. The flash is pretty dang long, but it's sort of a story between game consoles told through FF3/6's ending. With a lot of inside jokes for gamers. You might get a kick out of it too.

I just added 2 more to my list, Gamate, & Supervision. I've known about the Gamate since it's release, but I just learned about the Supervision!

Wow, this one is old. XDDDDDDDDD I own (yes, OWN. Love saying that... to the following consoles): - TurboGrafx 16 + its CD-ROM accessory - Sega Saturn - Game Boy Advance - PlayStation 2 And I am happy with them. Also I'm getting a PSP this Christmas, with a lot of effort. Then a DS sometime. I used to have a Game Boy (the big, HUGE one. The very original), a Game Boy Color, a Super Nintendo and a PlayStation as well as the PlayStation One. Everything in separated times.

Hey, I love these threads. They let people know how scary I really am... and how much garbage my folks continue to store for me after I moved out, cuz there's no way in hell all this crap would fit in the last few apartments I've lived in! With the exception of the Odyssey2 I foolishly let my mother sell years ago, I think this is complete: -NES (two of 'em, replaced 72 pin connectors, work like a charm) -Sega Master System -Sega Master System II (with Alex Kidd built in, yay) -TG16 (missing the cover for the back) -PC Engine (poorly done AV mod, but AV modded nonetheless!) -Game Boy (2, original color and green) -Game Boy Pocket (2, ice blue limited edition and a Japanese-exclusive original Game Boy color) -Game Boy Color (purple) -Game Boy Advance ("milky blue") -GBA SP (silver) -Game Gear -Genesis (model 1, "HIGH DEFINITION GRAPHICS") -SNES (No yellowing! Tabs removed for rock 'n' roll SFC action) -Virtual Boy -N64 -Saturn (second US model, round buttons) -ST-V (Saturn arcade hardware) -Playstation (SCPH-1001, SCPH-5501, SCPH-7501 (I think) and another I recently took delivery of, unsure of what model) -Neo Geo Pocket (B&W JPN version, Camouflage Blue) -Dreamcast (JPN) -Dreamcast (US) -Playstation 2 -GameCube (purple, Game Boy Player attached) -Xbox -Nintendo DS (silver) -Nintendo DS lite (pink) -PSP (original model, black) -Wii -Playstation 3 And if we were gonna talk old computers, I have a bunch of Mac IIsi systems that I love like children, and a B&W Radius monitor for one in portrait mode. Excellent computer for writing on. I'm almost sure that that's everything... I'd like to take delivery of a PC-FX this winter, but I don't think that's gonna happen. I bought a copy of Battle Heat once while trashed and browsing eBay, so I feel like I gotta. And if anyone wants to let go of an X68000 Pro for cheap, hit me up.

Systems I actually use:
# Famicom (original 1983 model) - AV modded (plus 72 pin converter so that it can play NES games from all regions) # Famicom Disk System # Super Nintendo (PAL, region-free modded and 50/60 Hz switch, and with a flash cart for awesome free gaming) # PC Engine Duo-R (RGB modded, I will also add a hu-card region switch to it, and a new laser that plays CD-Rs perfectly for awesome free gaming) # Sega Saturn (PAL, model 2, 50-60Hz switch, region-free with modification to play CD-Rs for awesome free gaming) # PS2 (PAL, silver, Matrix Infinity modchip, 80GB hard disk with HD Loader for awesome free gaming) # Sega Mega Drive II (region-free, 50-60Hz switch, + Master System converter) # PS1 (small model, with modchip for awesome free gaming) - I only use this for SOTN # Nintendo DS (original silver model, with M3DS Simply card for awesome free gaming) # PSP (white Japanese model with über battery and custom firmware for awesome free gaming)
Junk pile, systems that I keep in the closet or wherever there's room.
# Atari 2600 Jr. # Game Boy (broken) # Game Boy Color # Game Boy Advance (broken) # Game Boy Advance SP # Nintendo (NES) (a friend borrowed this years ago, she still has it) # Nintendo 64 # Gamecube (purple, with GB player and modchip for awesome free gaming) # Sega Master System (possibly broken, hasn't used it in about ten years) # Sega Mega Drive II (#2) # Sega Mega-CD II (possibly broken, hasn't used it in years. MCD reads CD-Rs for awesome free gaming) # Super Com 60 (Famicom clone, with many good built-in games for awesome free gaming) (broken) # N-Gage QD (with large MMC card for awesome free gaming) # PlayStation 2 (black v10 model, dead laser) # Super Nintendo (North American model, broken) # Super Nintendo #3 # Super Nintendo #4 (broken due to lots of experiments)

That's a lot of awesome free gaming, FM-77.
I may have to suck it up and mod my PS2 finally. I've been very reluctant to, since I have a launch unit that took a great deal of effort to get, and it STILL hasn't had any disc read errors. It's got a bit of sentimental value by now. I may buy a slim PS2 to mod, but I don't feel like wasting the money.

I don't actually pirate that much, but I like having the option to do it and I don't have any problems with piracy. I still buy games for all my money.

Wait a second, Red, how the heck do you expertly play Melee without a GC? I think you've mentioned something about this before, but my memories fogged again..
