I'm currently playing through Ys II on the PSP and I was wondering if there are any optional side tasks you could do in the game. The first game didn't seem to have any at all, but I've heard talk of mascot things existing in the second game, so I figure the game offers optional tasks for the player.
I'm wondering if it does, and if so, what're they? Sorry if this is an absurd question.

Hmm, I see. A lot of that stuff seems more like cute easter eggs.  What about the mascots? Is there a listing on those? |

I did the one of Luther(for an accident,because I was lost looking for Roda´s Trees XDDDDDDD)at the DS.
And,if you touch the statue of the Godess near the temple,you can go to another site,and you´ll find the Cleria equipment there.
I think this is one of those you ask.

1) That's DS-only (and was horribly implemented)
2) That's not optional
3) That's not Cleria equipment. More like Final Fantasy rummage sale rejects
