The folks at XSEED seem to be first class to me. I've spoken with the Producer through email before and he even asked a question to their web designer about something I was curious about regarding the Trails in the Sky website on my behalf.
Also, there's Tom. He's a cool guy and works there too, so..

I remember sending a dippy happy email to them when Trails was announced and getting a reply ^^~ I've also had emails back from Richard Jacques and Alexander O Smith too! *Is lost in nerdiness* |
