It is not that I have decided to go all the way and make this particular item something my collection will be missing in the near future. Rather, I am considering selling, but have not really decided as of yet. It really depends on what this edition might be worth versus what I feel I need to be willing to let go of it. If this is something not suited for the marketplace, please feel free to correct my mistake, but I did try to see if there were any directions given for how to use this part of the board. So, what is there to expect if selling something like this (it is in good shape, I might add, with the only thing that really feels worth mentioning is that on the bonus-box, the brown one, the upper left corner got a little mark from being pressed against the box)? Edit: oh, dear... the pictures did not scale down. Fucked up the boards layout completely. It will have to do with links instead: i.imgur.com/hEtMp.jpgi.imgur.com/FQ8u1.jpgi.imgur.com/7Ovr2.jpgi.imgur.com/sht1m.jpgNothing is missing from the package, as far as I know... in other words: 1. Ys 6: The Ark of Napishtim (DVD) 2. Ys Special Collection - All About Falcom - Memorial Sounds (CD) 3. Ys Special Collection - All About Falcom (DVD) 4. Ys 6 Catalog 5. Ys Complete Works (CD) ...and the manual and two other pieces of paper, etc.

I believe I have everything that you've listed in the photos there as part of my Limited Edition Ys VI, aside from the Falcom Special Mail-Order Package. Curious as to what is in there.
As for researching a decent price for this set, I'd say that you would probably be looking in the neighborhood of $45-70 if you sold it here and probably a bit more if you sold it on eBay, this is all before shipping costs and such. But now that I do not think that the Special Mail-Order Package is something I have with my set, depending on what that is, might increase the value a bit higher.
But I'm sure there are others here who would wager an opinion onto the value of the set. It does look like it is in great shape though! Good luck should you decide to sell it!

Thank you for filling me in on what you think it might be worth! Falcom Special Mail-Order Package It holds the Ys 6 Catalog / calendar and the Memorial Sounds-cd (which I took out of the box while taking the pictures).

I think SkyeWelse is right about the pricing - just be aware that while eBay might net you a potentially higher price the chances of finding someone who's actually searching for the game is very much lower. With that in mind I'd strongly advise against putting it in an auction as you've got to rely on a minimum of two people finding it (and having the money spare to bid for it) within the same time period. Buy It Now with a Best Offer option would be the best way to go on eBay in my opinion.

Buy It Now with a Best Offer option would be the best way to go on eBay in my opinion. Concerning an auction, that sounds like a good advice. It could end up with a disaster if the starting bid is set low. The pricing both of you seem to agree upon seems fair, but I am going to try to go a tad higher by trying to sell the game somewhere I spend quite much time... also, being open with the fact that what I want is based upon me not really wanting to let go of the game more so than what it might be worth in general. Normally I tell people bidding on things I sell to reduce their bids if I think the bid feels too high (and that happens quite often, I might add, when talking private sales... not online auction sites, of course)... but my bonds with this particular item/game is quite something else. It is personal, if anything...
