"You guys?" I only see one reply here about the Vita Ys. The article is about the studio's philosophy on game development, which is why, as part of a development team myself, I found the article interesting and worth sharing.

Just because it's not announced doesn't mean it's not going to happen. I think we can be pretty sure it will come over in short order. There's obviously good relations between XSEED and Falcom, so I don't think licensing will be a problem. Ys games don't typically have a lot of text, so maybe the translation won't take so long if and when XSEED starts to work on it. I guess it depends mostly on if XSEED is backed up with other work.

Ys IV Vita confirmed to be released in English before the Vita is even out in the West! Based on performance of PSP in the US, Vita also declared dead on arrival... ;A;

Based on performance of PSP in the US, Vita also declared dead on arrival... ;A; I have a stapler gun. It is large. Don't make me have to use it on you. It's nice to hear confirmation from the man himself that Falcom put the focus where it matters. I only wish more developers shared the same ideal.
