I originally started checking into the forums because of checking in on the creation of the English patch for Ys 5. I have only been checking the forums for about 2 years before I finally realized, "Man, create an account already."
So yeah, been playing Ys for a number of years now. I can't count how many times I have beaten Ys Book 1 and 2 for the PC - Engine, or how many of the different Ys 1 versions were created I have played (even that bizarre Ys for the Famicon).
But good to finally make an account and look forward to chatting with some of you about this awesome series of games.

Welcome to Minea Village. Item shops can be found to your left, and weapon shops to your right. beware of monsters beyond the village borders, however; if you must travel, stay on the roads.
Other than that, please enjoy your stay.
