Not for a good while I'd imagine. The next Ys game (due later this year) is Celceta Sea of Trees. It's the long long awaited Falcom-developed version of Ys IV and if you liked Seven you should like it since it's using a modified version of Seven's engine with some tweaking for the Vita. There's also the whole multiplatform Ys VII deal they talked about for a while and at some point they'll probably decide to remake Ys V as well (the engine they've got going for Nayuta no Kiseki looks like it could do the trick nicely) so they've got a few potential projects there. Nothing says they couldn't start work on a new game right after Ys:C finishes. The 25th anniversary is fast approaching and an all new entry wouldn't be amiss. Of course, neither would a full remake of Ys I and II and we know how much Falcom loves that...

Is Ys 4 only going to be on Vita? Cause if so then I might miss that one. Vita is too expensive and there is like no games on it that seems like a must. Not particularly impressed with the new handheld consoles.

No game system is worth a single game, especially at $300+

Well, as a thought for the long term the Vita shows every sign of being Falcom's next system of choice so odds are that they'll be developing a lot of games for it over the next few years. Also, Celceta isn't a remake, it's the remake. Never had a Falcom version before and Mask of the Sun is almost twenty years old...
But yeah, one game alone isn't worth it so you might as well wait until you've got a few titles you want before forking over for a Vita.
