Looking for an artist's name

Sorry if I haven't done enough searching or if I'm posting in the wrong board but, does any of you guys know the name or possibly a link to the profile of the artist who did the art in Ys vs. Sora no Kiseki and recently Sen no Kiseki? I really like their art style and would love to see more work from them but unfortunately so far I haven't been able to figure this out.

Any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.
