[A Backdated Future]

I'm A Backdated Future, a big Falcom and Ys fanboy. I've lurked around here for eternity, but I figured I'd finally create an account and say hello!

Obviously, Ys is my favorite series, and I've been slowly working through each of them while writing for them at GameFAQs. Currently working on Celceta, but have already completed Origin, 1, 2, and The Oath in Felghana. My first Ys game was Wanderers from Ys on the SNES back in '91, and I honestly didn't check out much else in the Ys universe until 2008 when I saw that it was getting remade in English on the PSP. Since then, it's been an awesome ride!

And... that's about it for now. Happy Holidays! Glad to see it's already snowing here in Ys.

Hey, good to see you posting here. Although for some reason I thought you already had an account here, but I guess not.

SNES Ys III was also my first introduction to the series, but I really didn't get into it until around the time of VI's PS2 release here in the US. Must be something about the SNES version in particular that doesn't give the best impression of the series (probably the brutal difficulty, what with the bad hitbox detection and all).
