So, from what I've heard/read, there are endless versions for each Ys game, and honestly, I feel kinda lost when I start thinking about it. xD I would like to *try* playing all of the games ^-^
Can you guys help me making an extensive list of ALL games/versions of each game avaliable? I'll edit the post to make the list.
Btw, I'm incluiding remakes of the games too. I want to know ALL the games!
Thanks~ =)

There is no point of playing all the versions of all Ys games, most of them have a few and pointless differences, like better graphics or different cutscenes. You can find a lot of useful informations about Ys series on wiki. I'll post a list, it's based in my knowledge on Ys series. -List of latest Ys games-Ys Origin(Steam)
Ys I & II Chronicles(Steam & PSP)
Ys: Memories of Celceta(PS Vita)
Ys: The Oath in Felghana(PSP & Steam)
Ys V: Lost Kefin, Kingdom of Sand(PS2)
Ys: The Ark of Napishtim(PS2 & PSP)
Ys Seven(PSP)The list is in fictional chronology order and covers the entire story of Ys series, 8 games in total(6 + 1 double). I added in buckets first the suggested(by me ) consoles. If you play this games you will have complete Ys series. Note: I didn't add "Ys Online: The Call of Solum" because I'm not sure if I should and I don't have many information about it. If you are a hard-core Ys fan, you can also play this interesting(in my opinion) Ys games. All of them are replaced by a newest release. Legacy of Ys: Book I & II(NDS)
Ys III: Wanderers from Ys(SNES & PS2)
Ys IV: Mask of the Sun(SNES)
Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys(TG16)
Ys IV: Mark of the Sun - A New Theory(PS2)
Ys V: Ushinawareta Suna no Miyako Kefin(SNES)Note(1): I added "Legacy of Ys: Book I & II" because it has an improvement 3D gameplay and includes an extra dungeon. I didn't add any of the other Ys I & II games because "Ys I & II Chronicles" is enough, all the versions of Ys I & II games are quite the same, they don't have many noticeable differences, except graphics and cutscenes. They don't have something interesting to give you, except "Legacy of Ys: Book I & II". Note(2): I didn't add "Ys Strategy" because it's a non-canonical game and it doesn't have any connection with other Ys games, except title. Note(3): I added all 3 Ys IV's because they all have something to give you, especially "Ys IV: The Dawn of Ys".

Thanks for the help =)
I know what games were released, but it was kinda confusing to me to understand ALL of this. And the versions of each game were confusing to me, too. But if you say that there aren't much differences between the versions of each game, then I guess I'm not gonna play all the versions =P
For now I've just played Ys I & II (Complete and the PCE version), Ys IV ~ Dawn of Ys, Ys IV ~ Mask of the Sun and Ys Origin. The next game will be Ys III, someday, because I'm missing DoY game and I want to play it again/before Ys III.
What about the non-official remakes? I've heard something about a remake of Ys II and a remake of Ys IV MotS for PS2, if I'm not wrong. Someone knows any more remakes?
Aaaand finally, I've heard about a game named Ys Typing, seems like a little game included in another game. Which more games exists that can be included on that "section"? I mean, some little games that are not veryyyyy important, they are just a little reference to Ys World.
I dunno if I said everything clearly, because lately I'm not writing much in English, so meh... I need to get used to this again ahahah
Anyway, thanks to both for helping me <3

...Why the hell would you even play "Ys V" PS2 instead the original versions of III, both IV and V?
Also, Ys III was released is MANY other platforms, being the TG-16 CD, Genesis and Sharp X68000 the best ones. And why don't you mention the PC version of Ys VI?

I don't know about "Ys II", but I already posted a remake of "Ys IV MoS" for PS2, it's "Ys IV: Mask of the Sun - A New Theory"(PS2). I have no informations about it or other similar games. As you said, they are not very important. 1) Relax... 2) About "Ys III", I posted only SNES and PS2 because I played them, as I said before "it's based in my knowledge on Ys series" and there is no point of posting all "Ys III" releases, there are 8 releases! 3) About "Ys VI", the PC versions are in Japanese. Even if you like Japanese language, on PS2 there is a "cheat" section where you can activate the original PC version cutscenes and the Japanese language. Konami did a good work!
