I've been a lurker on the boards for a very long time, but figured I would create an account as people here would appreciate this. There is an RPG that was just released for the Vita called Hyperdrive Neptunia: Rebirth. In it there is a Red Headed Girl named Falcom. Her sword is the Dragon Slayer. Other interesting tidbits: "One thing that Falcom admits to is her terrible luck with ocean going ships, since she is always involved in shipwrecks which lead to the adventures that inspire her books. " You can read more about her here: hyperdimensionneptunia.wikia.com/wiki/FalcomAnyway hope you enjoy. Back to lurking.

Falcom was a character that was originally introduced in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk. 2 (The second Neptunia game, released for the PS3.), as a DLC. She also a DLC in the third game (Neptunia Victory - where she could meet herself.) and was also retconned into the Vita remake of the first game, which is the one that just came out.
One the truly fascinating things about Falcom, as revealed by the Neptunia artbook that Udon released in the US, was that she came in 4th in the Neptunia character polls, higher than any of the other characters based on game developers, as well as many of the regular characters in the game. Only Noire, Neptune herself, and Nepgear, polled better.
