This one's actually surprisingly difficult to translate, for a variety of reasons (one being the scribbly shorthand text, and you should be able to GUESS the other by the time you're done reading...). I'd have to sit down and really work on it to get that last panel fully translated. But here's the general gist of it:
Panel one: "We present to you Cornet, set out on a journey to find some means of restoring the prince, who was turned to stone by Marjoly."
(Caption on right: "The prince (actually not)")
(Caption on left: Can't read, I'm afraid, due to the low resolution of the image and the extremely scribbly text.)
Panel two: "By the way... where are we?"
"Cornet! Are you saying you've just been walking, without paying attention to where you were going?"
Panel three: 'Majin wa hi-majin' ("Demons/occultists have a lot of free time." - bad pun)
(Can't read smaller bubble very clearly, but it looks like it just says "Hey")
Panel four:
First bubble: 'Se ga tottemo takai' (Written entirely in hiragana, so its meaning is unclear, but I'm at least fairly certain that it's supposed to be a bad pun on the phrase "sei ga takai" - which means you're tall - and the notion that the world, which can be written as 'se', is vast.)
Second bubble: Looks like 'taitoumiushi', but I have no idea what this means. Obviously a bad pun of some sort, though.
Third bubble: Can't even fully make this one out due to the lousy handwriting. Looks like 'namuenichiha'.
Fourth bubble: 'Makimono wa omae wo sukurouru' (bad pun on the word 'makimono', which means 'scroll', and the Japanese phonetic pronunciation of the word 'scroll', which KINDA SORTA sounds like 'sukueru', or 'to be able to save/rescue' - so "The scroll can save you!")
Reaction: "... The Land of Bad Puns?! (UNGH...)"
Translating bad Japanese puns is probably the single most annoying thing you can possibly do. Especially when they're written in a "stylized" (read: awful) font.
But yeah... basically, it's a rather un-funny 4-panel comic about bad puns.
