We know after his breif participation in the Shen Mue Soundtrack, Yuzo has been dedicated to game direction rather than music composition, if you know he has done something after Shen Mue, add it to the list.

RELEASED CD's
The Scheme(25A8-8)
The first of many albums released through Alfa Lyra, The Scheme's music was composed while Yuzo was still a freelancer near the end of the 80's. There are 23 tracks, 5 of which are arranged.
The Super Shinobi & Works(25A8-53)
Ah, who can forget this Sega console classic? Arcade quality graphics(at the time) accompanied by great tunes composed by the master of PCM. This was the first title that put Yuzo in the spotlight on both sides of the Pacific. The album consists of 26 tracks of the Mega Drive PCM with 4 arranged tracks like the China Town remix. Definitely recommended if you can obtain it.
Actraiser(ALCA-105)
Impressive, that's what I thought after finally playing this Super Famicom release back in the day. From beautifully detailed graphics in both the action & strategy sequences to the classical music, this one screams classic.
Misty Blue(ALCA-123)
A game that came a bit before its time. Misty Blue was a renai adventure game released by Enix in 1990. Yuzo went for more of a European disco beat for the soundtrack that contains 14 tracks. Since this was an Enix title, he included 14 more tracks from Actraiser at the end of it that were done on the Sound Board II.
Bare Knuckle(ALCA-181)
Another Sega classic that Yuzo worked on, Bare Knuckle began a successful 16 bit franchise that has yet to see a modern sequel. The CD has 5 arranged tracks of the game's great techno PCM and the OST.
Actraiser Symphonic(ALCA-182)
An orchestral rendition of the already great sounding original soundtrack, this one is just amazing. Simply, if you like Actraiser's music, you'll love this 10 track CD.
Expert Takahashi's Adventure Island(ALCA-242)
Newer gamers probably don't recognize this classic title. Do you remember Master Higgins?! Anyhow, this was the first title that Yuzo used his house rap style in and the results were fabulous. The SFC cart is frequently put in just to listen to the tunes by using the stage select code. All 16 tracks on it are the original sound version.
Yuzo Koshiro Early Collection(ALCA-328)
The tracks he produced on this CD were composed after his freelancing job with Falcom. His X68000 work for Algarna, an action RPG, and Slice, a puzzler. The Scheme's OST is also featured on this one.
Bare Knuckle II(ALCA-443)
The game that defined the BK series. From the totally pumped up graphics to the excellent house soundtrack, this one is just an instant classic. This is yet another great example of the man in his prime. The good ending track in particular is a nice standout from the rest of the tracks. Recommended.
Bare Knuckle III(ALCA-5006)
Ah, the ever controversial Bare Knuckle III soundtrack. some like it and some don't. It's safe to say that from this point, Yuzo's career took a different path as he began to concetrate on game direction instead of composing. This release features a different type of techno that I believe is referred to as L.A. Underground. If you liked the previous 2 soundtracks in the series and are expecting more of the same, stay away.
Thor:Chronicles of the Elemental King(?)
It is rumored that this CD was only distributed by Yuzo himself. It contains 12 tracks taken straight from the game.
Culdcept OST(FSCA-10028)
Now, this one is a change of pace. After a string of mediocre compositions, Yuzo comes through with a classical fantasy soundtrack. While only half of the game's music is composed by him, 16 tracks are his. Hopefully, this is just the beginning.
Yuzo Koshiro Early Collection 2nd(PRD-688)
This one contains some of his more obscure work. The 44 tracks are from Slap Fight MD. The GG Shinobi, The Stickman Is Back(an unreleased title from 1993) and some of his first compositions.
