I haven't heard that, but I haven't heard much of anything in way of sales figures. Would you mind giving a source for this information?

The game looks way too primitive for SCEA to permit a US release unless it was sold for 10 dollars or bundled with other games. I'd buy it if it came out here, but I'm not holding my breath.

That is true. The game looks very snes style. I doubt it that it will be released here. An futhermore, I'm not too sure whether Ys3 for the snes was popular enough that people (in North America) would want a remake of it.

I'm afraid it won't get released in the States. But you never know!

It's not riding on just the popularity of the SNES version, there's the Genesis, & the Turbo version is probably the most popular, but even then, those don't matter, it comes down more to how 6 sells, & even then, I just don't see them releasing it here, unless it was bundled with 4 & 5, that's all I can see happening, if anything at all.

If they sold this game by itself in the US for anything more than $15, it would be a total ripoff. As has been said before, it's mindnumbingly easy (even on Hard) and can be beaten in four hours, with zero replay value. Bearing that in mind, I don't see it happening outsi de of a collection. i have to agree with you there.
