www.e3expo.com/it's gonna be held for 3 days at the end of next week in L.A., as always. Incase you dont know, you have to be in or connected to the industry in some way in order to get in (Reviewer, editor for a gaming mag or site, work in retail, game developer, etc.) wonder if game developement students can get a ticket that'd be awesome... but tickets sell out extreamly fast. This year's was sold out a month or 2 ago, if i remember correctly. so does anyone know if falcom will be there? hoping for more Ys info (maybe some more on OiF, or something new... like long awaited US versions *keeps dreaming*)

Aww dammit. I live so close to LA, what a drag. What if someone you know is part of the gaming industry, can you tag along with them to E3? Guess I'm going to have to start making some more friends =P.

E3 is not very hard to get into. It's supposedly an 'industry only' event, which means that...
If you're a big time game designer, you can get in.
Or if you're a small time game designer...
Or if you work at a game store...
Or if you don't work at a game store...
Or if you have a cousin who played a video game once...
Or if you own a microwave.
However, the costs of lodging and the actual pass to get on the floor and eating and all this and that is probably enough to detour most people. Even if money's not an issue, then, according to close and reliable sources... imagine a star trek convention in the middle of a rave in the middle of an arcade in the middle of a men's locker room, amplify the body odor and ambient noise volume by about ten thousand, and you have E3.
