So, what is your one favorite music track from Ys V? Mine is Crimson Ruins. It's track 21 on disc 1 of the Ys V soundtrack. I love it! It has the feeling of high-flying adventure all over it.

Traders Sand Castle WILDERNESS Scheme the Madness II Forgotten City BREAK INTO TERRITORY <- FANTASTIC Theme of Kefin Wicked Pleasure Needless to say, this is my favorite game soundtrack ever produced. I just can't get enough of it. THIS is how video game music should sound!

Since YsO is coming out shortly, I have my MP3 player loaded with Ys stuff. I have listened to nothing but Ys V over the past 24 hours.

The world needs more Ys V music. They should've released more CDs with that soundtrack. It is highly unusual of Falcom to release only three CDs for one entire game!

I sure wouldn't have minded the Ys V Orchestra Version containing the entire soundtrack. That CD is excellent. It's a shame something like that didn't happen. The Legend of Heroes Symphonic Poem covers the entire ED I soundtrack. I know it's a much smaller game soundtrack-wise, but it rules. A complete Ys V Orchestra Version would cause my brain to explode due to the awesomeness.

Probably Desert Clime. It's a tough competition, Break into Territory is a fairly amazing piece. But I can pretty much always listen to Desert Clime and it never get annoying. Pity Falcom never really arranged it all that much, but there's four versions on Zundarers from Ys, so I'm covered there.

There's only two Ys V OSTs I'm aware of; the one ripped from the SFC game, and the one by Tamiya Terashima. You don't mean to tell me there are more, do you? Cause that'd be awesome!
Field of Gale, and that mountainous region by the desert town are both huge favorites of mine. The swamp area also has a beautiful tune. (Yes, I'm too lazy to look up track names.)

There's Ys V Orchestra Version. And Ys V Image Album, which is garbage. It contains some songs from the OST, as well as some really really bad re-arrangements.

Yes i totally agree with you in that one FM,ive downloaded them before and was really disappointed in how bad they were, the SNES version of Ys V was 10x better then that garbage,in all honestly i find as of yet the SNES version of Ys V music the best out of all the versions i herd
