Currently I only have OST soundtracks...
I have Ys Book 1&2, I have Ys 3 and Oath in Felghana, I have Dawn of Ys, Ys Origins, and Ys Complete...
But I've noticed there are A LOT of other additional soundtracks that are available, and not sure which ones are good.

Music From Ys. The best Ys soundtrack CD ever. This is the original soundtrack of the very first Ys game. It is the first Ys CD to be released. It also includes all the unused songs from Ys 1.
Ys Renewal Pretty much the same as above, but with different sound. Not as good in my opinion, but still a solid CD.
Ys 3 JDK Special and Ys 4 JDK Special vol 1/2 So great. This is the original X68000 music from Ys 3 and 4. Absolutely fantastic stuff.
Ys V Original Soundtrack Perfection. That's all I can say, really.
And yeah, I love chip music.

"This is the original soundtrack of the very first Ys game."
Uh so does that not mean like, nintendo quality music?

It's not QUITE a buncha beeps and boops, but if you enjoy, say, the OST for Felghana or Origin, then you'd go into a bit of culture shock hearing Music from Ys.
I've been more a fan of the original soundtracks over all the 'extra' albums like the Super Arrange Versions or the vocal albums, or whatever else... however, the Ys I and II Perfect Collections have some nice renditions of the stuff from those games.

I recommend all three Ys IV Perfect Collections. If you like the Ys TurboGrafx soundtracks, you'll like these 3 discs. They are pretty hard to find though (and expensive) if you're looking for the discs.
