Well, I'll go straight to the point.
If you install the translation patches for the 2 games, the "Time Attack" mode will be unlocked. (Even if you didn't finish the game before)
It's not something I reeeeally do care, but this may spoil some fun for those who never played the game.
Also, since NightWolve has announced in his blog a newer Ys (II) COMPLETE Patch is coming (already came), I thought now is a good time to say this.
