So as fate would have it, I got a virus, and since its not that big of a deal, I'm going to reformat. I want to take all my saved games with me, though. I've found the save files for Origin, 1 and 2 Complete, and VI, but I cant find the saved game data for Oath. Could anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

For Windows Vista users check in c:\users\"yourusername"\AppData\Roaming\FALCOM\YSF_WIN

For Windows Vista users check in c:\users\"yourusername"\AppData\Roaming\FALCOM\YSF_WIN I do have a folder manually created for Falcom games called "Application Data", but I don't have anything called "AppData" there. Though, I assume we are talking about the same folder anyway. However, if that's the case, then we have another problem: all I got in said folder is a folder called "FALCOM" where all Falcom games are installed. There's not anything such as a "Roaming" folder. That folder either doesn't exist or is hidden. If it's hidden, how do I make it appear in Windows Vista? However, I suspect it's not even hidden, because I tried creating a folder with that very name in that very directory, and it was created normally as if such a folder didn't exist. Well... does anyone know how I may access the folder with this game's save files in Windows Vista?

Ooh, the irony.
I found out. In Windows Vista, it's created in the game's own folder.
That is: C:\Users\"your_user_name"\Application Data\FALCOM\YSF_WIN

That's the default directory, alright. But on my Vista it took me a while to find out I had to create that "Application Data" folder manually in that specific directory. Trying to install Falcom games anywhere else won't work.
That's how Vista is, I believe. Tons of different incarnations. All of which suck.

I have posted this in the spam thread once, but I'll put it here too. xD This pretty much may explain the discrepancies. xD
