Then I shall move to Sweden! Edit-I got it working!! And, believe it or not, the card I got it to work with, is some some no name card I got off ebay real cheap!

I see it every day, it is grass here. Literally. We don't have grass as you know it - we have The Wily Wars cartridges. Do they work on NTSC Genesis' by chance? If so I think you should send me on and I will send you a nice thank you card with monies in it. Please Buddie

Sorry, the PAL version doesn't work on a NTSC system. It has to be modded in order to work.

Not so.
Mega Man MUST be started in 50Hz mode, otherwise it will not work. Doesn't matter about the region of the system.
Most MD games are region free, but there's still a 50 (or 60) Hz lock in most newer games, which makes them 100% unplayable on the wrong region system. Unless it's modded with a 50/60Hz switch.

Really??? Then how would I go about modding my Genesis, because I am not afraid to do so. Is it more that the carts wont fit, because that is STUPIFYINGLY easy to fix. If I have to order a chip or install a switch, I don't have a problem ether, as long as you guys know a good site to get parts from.
