Doppiapunta is already a member here and he has arranged plans with Wyrdwad (another member) to maybe translate some games.

Wyrdwad seems to be the most eager to work on that one.

Well they are the tools that we and a friend of mine did in this last months. If you see in the descriptions you can see a Thanks to doppiapunta for his contributions.
However Ys Origin project is on the way..i'm going to send the stuff to Wyrwad...then we'll start with the translation proccess. I'll look if other games use the same game engine and if theese tools are ready for being used also with other falcom games like Zwei. Bye Bye

I'll look if other games use the same game engine and if theese tools are ready for being used also with other falcom games like Zwei. Bye Bye Don't think they will, Ys games are the only ones that use that archive type. Zwei, Sora no Kiseki etc use a load of *.dat files, Xanadu Next uses *.dir, *.arc and *.tbl files, etc. There's a list here of the different ones. They probably have something in common somewhere though. Yeah, Xanadu Next is my top choice, but Rasqual has been strangely absent from like, everywhere... so it's kinda hard to actually get stuff done. Yeah he used to idle in at least one channel I'm usually in on irc but seems to have vanished from there too. Maybe a patch would actually motivate me to finish the game, I got to the final dungeon then... stopped. God, I'd help you with Gagharv, but I've got this horrible monster called Sora no Kiseki hanging over my shoulders. XD; The project's still hanging in there then? Good luck with the awesome beast. I'd be seriously tempted to try translating it myself if your team hadn't got there already, a year after first playing it and none of the violent need for LoH7 has been lost.
