Apparently, this will open the door to sharing and developing game projects from the comfort of our own homes? I'm not 100% sure about the licensing details, etc. -- but something about this sticks out just as much as WiiWare, XBL, PSN, and of course PC development. What are your thoughts? Could this be another dead-end console, or is the GP2X Caanoo a part of the future?

They've been marginally successful outside of Korea in emulation and console hacking rings, actually.
This sounds fairly interesting. If I had the money to spend, I'd probably pick one up myself.

Ah! Well, perhaps that just opens the door to Korean development. It's all a matter of interest, I would think. Interest, and law. As it stands, I don't believe such a tool would legally be possible here in the states; we enjoy book-keeping and legal-babble way too much. Yet simultaneously, one would think Amazon, eBay, and other such services would be illegal as well -- one does not operate such accounts with a license, or anything else. It's... positively mind-boggling. Etsy, as well -- home-made crafts to be sold over the internet! If one could have an etsy, one should also be able to do the same in the software world as well, I would think. Then again, this might also be the difference between a 1-man show, and a small studio.
