I find that a lot of places online (like forums and YouTube) generally consist of discussions with players that play games on hard difficulty or tend have insane accuracy in rhythm games.
Now and then, this makes me wonder if they represent a majority of sorts or the rest of the players just lurk/stay quiet, don't post their gameplay vids, etc. (maybe ashamed of their skills)?
For my ego's sake, I really hope it's the latter. XD
Well, not that knowing I may not be up to par with most players in whatever games will stop me from posting gameplay vids!
Anyway, thoughts?????????????????

I'm pretty good at games in general compared to many people but there are some things I'm terrible at, and those things go by the name of Monster Hunter =\

Almost definitely the latter. Forums by their nature attract gamers that are more into it than the average man, and few people particularly want to go around parading the fact that they play their games on easy.

If it's Tri, then I can run with you to help brush up on some 133t skillz. Yes, I threw a "z" on the end of skills - I totally went there.

The worst players are the people who play too much. Sitting there at the crack of dawn being unble to appreciate the actually game but to complete the thing, like a blind animal. You what? Whenever I end up playing a game for hours upon hours each day, it's because I'm enjoying it so much that I can't convince myself to stop playing. I'm sure that's the same for a lot of of other people.

Considering more than half of the current gen consoles never even come online, I'd wager it's the latter as well.

I think he's saying, like, have you ever played a game so much you forgot how hard it was, and when somebody complains you're just like "ITS MAHVEL BABY"

I can't say I've reached that point with many games, aside from a couple of Ikiki's.

I was worried about playing Demon's Souls after hearing about how brutally difficult it was. Turns out that, for me, it wasn't nearly as difficult as people hyped it to be. I wouldn't go so far to call it "easy", but I had no problem beating the game. I should also note that I am notoriously bad at "hard" games. For me to finish the game means that it couldn't have been all that difficult.

You know, I find it kind of ... baffling how many people are commenting on my Rhythmic Ice gameplay vids from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep seeking help or just expressing disgruntlement over how difficult the thing is.
I guess this just goes to kind of prove that there are a lot of folks out there that can't play rhythm games. ^^

The weird thing about the BbS mini game is that it's basically like that old school Simon toy where you just repeat what you see.
I think it's much easier than something like Ouendan. o_O
IIRC, the hardest difficulty on the ice cream thing has players memorizing a long string of erratic "beats". It completely fries my brain. :(

Guilty feet have got no rhythm, so you're never gonna dance again the way I danced with you? -Tom Though it's easy to pretend. I know you're not a fool. I should have known better than to cheat a friend and waste a chance that I'd been given. So, I'm never gonna dance again...the way I danced with you
