Thanks. Heh, I'm kinda giddy placing an order directly with Falcom again. Last time I did it was the very start of my descent into the world of Ys.

Hmmm. My issue is that I want the OST for Zwei II, and I already have both Zwei II+ and the Perfect Guide. Aside from the issue of double-dipping, I do not want to order unless the soundtrack IS the OST to Zwei II.

lol and I just got my email today about the Zwei II special set. Btw, although I emailed support_h19, I got a reply from order_h19 so I guess they're still using order_h19.

Yeah. I didn't hear anything last week and was thinking I was screwed because this week is Golden Week. Then I finally got an email response on Monday... and immediately felt bad for the poor employee still working during Japan's ultimate free week off.

Did anyone else order the Zwei II set? I got an email at the start of the month asking for the usual confirmation plus recognizing the Japanese PC issue but haven't heard anything since responding, haven't been billed and unusually I didn't get an order number. They don't have anything else pending to ship to me (well, not until the end of September) and usually for ready to go orders I've been billed right away so I'm wondering if anyone else ordered and got their set already.

That's tough to say because I got the response email during Golden Week. The item didn't get shipped until next week and only took a couple of days after that

I don't know about the trilogy, but last year or so they had a special deal with all the Gagharv games and Sora no Kiseki FC/SC plus two soundtracks. That was niiiiiiiiice.

Their new weekly deal is up, and it's a good one, so I thought I'd post it:

Ys Super Price Set (comprising Ys I&II Chronicles, Oath in Felghana, and Ys Seven) plus the original soundtracks for each game and a bonus not-for-sale Ys soundtrack CD. This would normally cost 17740 yen but is being offered for 8500 yen, or 300 yen less than the retail price of the set by itself.

Anyone bought that recent ファルコム倉庫の掘り出し物セット (liberal translation: Falcom's treasure trove of epic random goodness from da attic...set) set?

I'm particularly interested to know what and how many CDs and DVDs one got. Based on the photo shown, they all appear to be demo discs.

I would've bought it myself (and any other special offer for that matter) except for the combination of the following:

1) The JPY is too strong.
2) EMS is too pricey (for me).
3) It isn't guaranteed that I'd get a decent amount of discs (only interested in the CDs/DVDs).

Man, I thought Japan's economy was supposed to be in a perpetual state of doldrums. Instead their currency is in a perpetual state of appreciation.

Is it possible to order older Falcom games using this method? I'm not talking SFC or anything. PS2, specifically.

This is only for Falcom-released games, so no Falcom game on the PS2 will pop up there, as the ones who released all Falcom games for it were other companies.

You might find them elsewhere, though.

Falcom made an announcement last week that they are planning to put Sora no Kiseki SC/Trails 2 on PSN

Trails 2 might be a likely candidate for being released in English since the platform for having it released digitally will be setup for this?

Is it possible to order from Falcom the following items? I know I can order the following ones...

- The 5 Scenario books from Trails FC to Ao.
- The Falcom Gakuen manga.
- Falcom Music Chronicle

...but what about the following books?

- The "英雄伝説ファンブック―ガガーブ・トリロジー回想録", which is the "scenario book" of the Gagharv trilogy.
- The "日本ファルコム30周年公式記念本　Falcom Chronicle"

Also, is "Falcom Long Interview" any good? Anything you'd recommend gettting or not?

I just want to get all of this in a single order. Unless there's an online shop with all of this, I don't think it's possible.
