Gyarrggh, I hate VM! Not that the games are BORING, becuse they are fun, but they are so frustrating! It's always like, everything goes well and you're really starting to enjoy it, then unexpectedly, everything goes to hell in an instant, and you want to kick the crap out of the computer. 2008 will be the year my PSP gets destroyed. Edit: Or maybe not. I just realized what a NIGHTMARE it must be to play VM without a mouse! I will avoid this game for sure. Man, they should've ported something more fit for a PSP... VM could have been kinda cool on a DS though. Except it would suck because of the low resolution (if you cannot see what the enemy is doing, you're DOOMED!). VM is only playable on PC.

I agree with F... User! Seriously, it's just like what he said. xD Though I think I can enjoy the game, even if on the PSP. It's on my list.

The only one I've wanted to play is Mystic Far East... or at least get my hands on it's music. I'm still looking everywhere.

I don't use Winny. I've basically been searching on google, ebay, and emule. nothing... but I did find a torrent and it was dead. I guess searching for it on google wont bring up many Falcom links... I'll probably end up buying it from there if I manage to find it there.
I keep watching that intro. I actually took screencaps of it and use it as wallpaper.

Vantage Master Portable now up for preorder for 4788. Preorders on Falcom's online shop will get a 2 disc soundtrack for the game including the music from the PC Vantage Master as well as the new opening theme by the JDK band. Preorders will also get a Sora no Kiseki screen cleaner. There's also a tiny trailer (300x170) up that's a little over 2 mins long and shows lots of stuff. Including that Renne and Leonhardt will be in it. Now I have to buy it Oh, and here's the OST's tracklist: store.shopping.yahoo.co.jp/joshin/4956027124723-54-8173.html

Will it have Adol or something Ys-related?
Because if not this game won't interest me much.
Though as far as I know, all VMs had one thing or another that was Ys-related, right? Some had Adol and Feena + Reah as playable characters, while others had Lilia and Dark Fact.
Well, hope this one won't be different.

Man that sucks. Falcom needs to stop supporting Microsoft. Is Falcom the only one using WMV?

Official site has been updated with a link to some giant-sized versions of the trailer, both with narration and without (a la the Ys Origin trailer). Problem is, you need an up-to-date version of both Internet Explorer AND Windows Media Player in order to download it, neither of which I have! Anyone else manage to get ahold of it? And if so, would you be willing to share? I kinda collect Falcom trailers (I know, I'm a little weird!), so I'm very interested in the non-narrated version of this one. Thanks, if anyone can help. -Tom Ugh, that's not the half of it. Once you have those you have to register on that site, then mess around installing updates for WMP, then installing activex controls, then you FINALLY get to down it. And it's DRM infested shit, naturally - and being on Vista with WMP11 kinda limits my options in what DRM removal programs I can use. So sorry wyrdry, I did try :/

lol it's not like I didn't want it for myself too I have it now, it's just, well, I can't watch it anywhere other than on this PC and in Media Player 11. Hopefully it's just a timed thing and they'll put it either on their site or 4gamer in the near future without all the DRM attached.

WMV and DRM for a trailer. It's like they don't WANT us to see it.

Narationless HQ Trailer (640x480, 18.4mb, wmv) www.mediafire.com/?ylylcixvtwrDone! I think I removed the DRM successfully (it plays in Media Player Classic and the like now whereas it wouldn't when it was still DRM encrypted), though let me know if you have any problems.
