Hilariously enough, I wanted a unique nick when I first came up with this (when I was like 13), and since I was replaying Disgaea for the millionth time at that point, I decided to incorporate it. Then I shoved 'mad' onto the end to show that I'm mad for Disgaea.

Ryu is from Breath of Fire, specifically, 3. To be honest, when I thought of the last name... I never thought about Yuffie Kisaragi or Eiji Kisaragi, I just wanted a random japanese-sounding last name. Picked Kisargi.

It's a shame you picked something that doesn't make sense in Japanese, afaik, but we all do stuff like that sometimes.

Well, the origins of my username shall forever remain secret, but I will reveal that it had absolutely nothing to do with handjobs.

Eh...Mizu's just been my online nickname for a long time now...But it originated with water being my favorite element, and a running joke in my family that I'm a "rain witch" of some sort (I sometime wish that it'll rain on a certain day so I don't have to go to tennis, and around 50-60% of the time, it does).
'Course it's just a coincidence, but yeah.

"Raven" is from the Fire Emblem charater. For some reason, he made the name Raven stand out to me. Obsidian is a self-given title, based on my own imagination of a persona named Raven who is proficient in Rock-based powers. Obsidian encompasses both his Rock-based proficiency and his dark name and appearance, which is why I chose that moniker. Probably not the best way of explaining it, but oh well~

My last name is Chapman, and all my friends call me Chapsy. I like the ring of it, so it just kinda stuck over time.

Well I sadky grew up a Nintendo fanboy but in 2004 I was getting bored with gaming as I knew it. A friend suggested I get Skies Or Arcadia & Grandia II. At the time I was hesitant as I hated RPG's. But once i played I was hooked and at the time Grandia II became my fave RPG of the two and liked the character Ryudo and loved the name even more. I use it to this day on everything. I'm so used to it now I almost forgot my real name. I may as well just have it legally changed.

Ehm well, KoA has always been my online monicker ever since I discovered the internet existed, however it goes a lil more than that...
My original online alias used to always be KingofAnime. As hilariously fanboyish as this name sounded, I had a reasoning for it.
I combined my last name (King) with something I was passionate about at the time (Anime) and kinda threw them together in loving bliss. There reached a point eventually though that I've fallen out of sorts with anime, real life took over, and I had no time to dedicate to such fantasies.
So to reflect this change in not only my lifestyle and interests, but also wanting to hang onto the past, I shortened my username to KoA. Even though time is a harsh mistress, little quips still sneak out of me and every so often I remind the world of why I originally became the KingofAnime.
/end sad tale
