I love food, and I love eating it, and I especially love finding new restaurants to eat at. I love when my girlfriend cooks, and when I eat at friends houses, hell I just like eating. So post what you ate today for one of your meals. Doesn't matter, it could be air, Mcdonalds, or a whole turkey dinner. Plus, we may be able to spread some dinner ideas being that were so globally spread out. I had a delivery down in Chinatown today, and my usual Vietnamese noodle house was closed down (Hope its not for health reasons), so I ended up going on an adventure. I came across this shabby little sit down eatery in a really well hidden mini-mall. They served an assortment of Chinese dishes, so I picked the special of the day. It was Pan Fried Pork, served in this red spicy sauce, with soy/licorice beans sprouts, and egg plant. I got home, put all those items onto a bed of rice, and took my first bite. I almost died!!!! Its like nothing I have ever been able to order in a "normal" Chinese restaurant, and that makes me really happy. I think Ill go back tomorrow

I ate powerade.
...so sue me, I don't have much at the moment. X)
I'm just wondering when someone's going to state "I ate [person]" -- it's inevitable thanks to the banana/coconut/sperm thread. XD

XD Someone has a wicked mind. >_> Well, I had fried rice for lunch today~! Now I will be having more rice! Oh, for breakfast, I had some boiled eggs and congee. It's a rice fiesta today!

*nods* I am very wicked. But I'm not a cannibal, nor was that response cannibalistic in any way. XD Or was it? Oh, so uh... yeah... I didn't have eaten a unusual today...

A grilled cheese sandwich. Like, five minutes ago.
I also burned the first piece of toast in the pan and created a heck of a lot of smoke in the kitchen. ^^;
...I knew there was a reason I didn't cook.

Hehe! I'm a rather.... inattentive chef, so I tend to burn stuff, boil stuff over, and occasionally hurt myself in the kitchen. But the food I make at least comes out edible.
Conversely, I'm pretty good at baking. ^.^v I like making cookies.
Some friends and I are planning to make sushi (california rolls) and attempt to learn how to make yakisoba the next time we get together. I've done the sushi thing before; that's pretty easy. Yakisoba......... I dunno. We'll see how that goes. ^^;

Oreo milkshake. Not really food, but oh well.
Pork chop for dinner. Possibly alone, I'm so sick of plain white rice.

U are an Asian living in the US right? Then tell them "This is the US not Asia. Rice ain't as f*cking cheap here as over the other side of the world. Same thing as white people eating potatoes in Asia. They don't. At least not everyday. And Asian people don't question them why."

Banana; 1 3/4 Whoppers, No Cheese, No Mayo; Medium Fries; Bowl of Baked Ziti; Bowl of Bake Enchalada; a few handfuls of M&Ms; a few Handfuls of Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels; a lot of water.
Yep, one of my more adventurous/my house has food in it days. Most of the time, I eat toasted peanut butter sandwiches for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

I'm having my breakfast right now. As always, its a sausage and cheese bun with Peri Peri sauce. (I always have either stuffed buns or pizzas for breakfast. My mom bakes them beforehand and stores them in the freezer. So for a cooking-illiterate like me, its easy to pull one out and pop it into the toaster oven, since no one is around at this hour to cook for me. :'D) Er... last night's dinner was far more exciting. It was lentil stew (red daal!) with white, plain boiled rice (eh heh heh... asian dinner? X'D actually, I just prefer plain rice to all the biryanis and pulaos) with aubergine yogurt. I think my mom figured I might throw fits at the sight of the lentil stew (which I almost always do), soooo... the aubergines were like a peace offering. I LOVE aubergines! Oh, and there was mango kasaundi pickle by the side. There was also some nice apple-walnut cake who's name I'm too ignorant to know. I guess my mom baked that in the morning. (I wonder if there's some left... *greedy*) I guess its pretty clear who does the cooking in my place, ne? X'D I LOVE food! Justin(zero)'s dinner sounds absolutely delicious! I want some Chinese food like that too! (minus the pork X'D )
