I've been wondering what does "Uhnos" mean? Is it a title or something?

Uhnos is a creature in the Ys series. All the titles are from Ys starting with low ranking creatures. It changes with post count.

Is it true that the slim Vita has an LCD screen? As in, the same as the PSP's LCD or just a "touch" LCD screen?

Yes the new vita slim has an lcd screen instead of the oled screen in the original vita. It's not the same one as in the psp and it is still a high quality lcd. Early reviews of it seem to state that it's not quite as good as the original vita screen.

There's only one thing that worries me at the moment : is the LCD screen of the Vita going to be like the OLED one and start fading out / blacking out after 2 to 3 years, or is going to be like a proper LCD one and just be fine?

LCD screens have longer life expectancy than OLED due to the technology used. Since this is going to be a LCD it should last longer than the original OLED. Unless sony just cheaped out on it because the original only had a 2-3 year life expectancy it should last a lot longer before it starts exhibit problems.

Excellent, my Vita purchasing interest is rising yet again...now for some more Ys games and I'm set...perhaps?  Despite having Gravity Rush, Ys Celceta and a port of J-Stars in there...I'm just not feeling this console. |

Slow news day or what? This isn't exactly anything new. A similar response to this question was given back in 2012 (on Steam forums). Must be. This is pretty much the definition of not answering the question. "We will definitely try" LOL. In the future try to Put a little more effort in to new topics. If you just going to post a single link and be done with it either find another suitable thread to do it in or put it in random thoughts or the shoutbox. If a conversation doesn't pop up here soon I'm going to merge this somewhere else. |

That was your last straw? Ever since two years ago when they started "trying" to tackle japanese only games, huge cracks appeared.
As for their translations and after they started taking corporate sides, their reviews became even more lol-worthy.
