Mikami: Awesome n´ hilarious show Hey it is true that USA never received the series? (I´m not talking about the film) D: Well good news because the entire series is available in legit USA dvds - subs only though. I purchased the second volume since I've seen the episodes in the first volume back when the series wasn't licensed yet.

Currently watching That Place Promised In Our Early Days. I get the feeling I've watched this before, or something very similar to it.
// I'm pretty sure I have. I fell asleep the last time I tried watching it, because they were exceptionally convincing with their highly convincing and somewhat complex scientific moonspeak. I stopped watching it because I'm just not in the mood for it. I won't be able to watch it later.

Currently watching Angel Beats. Damn, this is a pretty awesome show, haha! Too bad I won't be able to watch more of it later on today -- but I have my own things to do anyway.

Tiger and Bunny as well as Blood +.
Tiger and Bunny really scratches an itch I didn't know I had. As for Blood +, I had watched a few episodes back when it was new and hated it (despite loving the original short film). I thought I'd give it another shot and I'm finding it to be a lot better than I gave it credit for.

- Chobits Heh, at first I thought it was going to be really stupid, but I'm really getting into it. It's a funny show about a college prep school student from the country who finds a discarded persocom (android). He's a bit of a loudmouth who sometimes yells embarrassing things and is very afraid of how society perceives him -- which ironically causes strangers to perceive him to be exactly what he's afraid of. The show is focused on him, and his persocom "Chi". Chi is very empty at first, knowing only human gestures, movements, and her own name. I'm sorry, my description really doesn't do this show justice. You'll really just have to watch it for yourselves, heh.

Legend of Lemnear. Urushihara, so there was planty of flan service. (mmmm. soft, jiggly, delicious flan. I want it in my mouth) It wasn't bad, overall. Not really anything in the way of plot; just a straight up fantasy action flick, but it was paced so as to keep the attention from start to finish. There was one really shocking scene which stole the show, though. I'm used to seeing heroes pummeled soundly, or even killed, before their magical powers awaken, kami ex machina . I'm not used to seeing a hole punched through their chests, painting the room with their blood. It was. . . thorough. That chick is HOT! A warning, in case you didn't know: The series is unfinished. There is no ending. Not even the hastily done, open ended kind. The show seems to fully expect there will be another episode. Other than that, it was a good show. My only complaint was that the version I watched had both English dub. . . AND sub. Which didn't match. 'Twas annoying. Also, the English sub reminds me of Dragon Slayer: Legend of Heroes.

Ahhh, I never really bothered with that one. I kinda got kid vibes from it, lol. I could've been entirely wrong, it wouldn't be the first time.

It's wacky but far from a kids show. Smoking drinking blood some cursing. But it's mostly lighthearted. 4kids destroyed it in 2004 but the good English dub is from Funimation on Hulu.
At the same time playing One Piece Unlimted Adventure on Wii.(would not bother trying to get the game, while it is fairly good it's very rare. Used can range from 70-100$ while new can fetch 300$ and prices are going up) Other One Piece games out there as well. I have yet to read the Manga.

That's probably why! I don't like 4kids at all. They need to stop ruining good franchises! Funimation is definitely one of -- if not THE best. I NEED to finish Chobits! XD

Alright, since I didn't get help with which Tenchi Muyo! to start myself out with, I went with Ryo-Ohki. After this, I'll go with Tenchi Universe and then Tenchi in Tokyo.

Correct order.
Though I found Ryo-Ohki 1 to be my favorite Tenchi series except for stand-alones like the first and third movies.
...kinda exactly like El Hazard in that regard

I'm almost done with Tenchi Universe. Having just finished #24, all I can say is... RYOKO NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I don't know whether or not I even want to finish watching it. I was kindof hoping after that three episode time-space continuum screw-up and with some of the notable chemistry between Tenchi and Ryoko, that they'd end up together. Yeah, I know that the whole Jurai bloodline thing sends the show in a different direction, but it didn't have to, and I didn't want it to. I'm looking forward to Tenchi in Tokyo. // Oh, you! XD Silly anime. Alright, I finished TU and now I shall watch TiT.

I'm almost done with Tenchi Universe. Having just finished #24, all I can say is... Long ago when anime still came on VHS and you had to choose to buy dubbed VHS or pay more for subbed, after purchasing all of the Tenchi Ryo-Ohki OVA series I skimped and only bought the last tape of Tenchi Universe ....I still know what you are talking about... ;A; "Hey Ryo-Ohki, where do you want to go today?"
