I liked Allen loads too somehow. :'D As annoying as the woman who he liked may have been, he WAS super nice~ (Even more so when one actually gets to fight with him! A fighting loserly nerd!) Or perhaps it was because of his annoying lady love that one can feel sorry for him and like him so much. X'D Honestly though, after chaos, I wouldn't mind a Jr. figure~ As slightly unappealing as he was to me ingame, he had.... super nice looking weapons. Though~ And, no disrespect to Jesus, but Chaos' tastes in clothes kinda ruin him aesthetically for most people. I can soooort of agree with you on that~ ...Actually. I think I really liked chaos' clothes. A chaos one wants, with super shiny glittery clothes please!!! And while I'm babbling about figures - the thing I say every two months or so in the spam thread - I want an Adol nendoroid!!!! |

For the Scrapped Princess figures, are you talking about the ones that came with the DVDs?  Yes. I bought most of the Japanese DVD LEs (just box and figure, no DVD) before it was announced that the US was getting "some" of the figures. I bought just the regular trading arts-sized figures and not the larger 1' PVC figures. Then when the DVD LEs came out in the US, I got the 2 1' PVC figures that were released. Are there actually any figures of Xenosaga which even include the guys? Because all I've otherwise seen are some very bad looking Shions and one MOMO. The only Shion I know is the one from the Xenosaga Legends vol.2 trading figure set. It's modeled after her ep.3 outfit and looks pretty good ('cept for the dorky pose) I'd love to have an Albedo figma. Then I'd have to get that highly poseable JoJo figure (I forget who makes it off the top of my head) and make the two have fist fights. Mention of an Adol nendroid just makes me think that it would look like that one Ys SEVEN artwork with Aisha shooting an apple off of Adol's head. I'd buy it. And an Aisha nendroid but only if it comes with a Maya facehugger. |

Cool, I know someone who collects Ys avidly. I thought about it but making space for all those consoles...not a good idea. I wasn't keen on Ys III and VI, Here in the UK it is really hard to get translated Ys games, so it's easier to collect them in the US since you get so many translations from Falcom...you lucky...
Anyway, does that mean you have to own Ys Strategy? I can't bring myself to buy it.

Haha I wish. I found a frame for 15$ that was almost the size. I had to fold the bottom part of the map down to fit the frame.

I'm not really an Ys merchandising nut, but I do like owning good English releases. That means no SNES/Genesis Ys III, the DS Ys I&II, and the PSP Ark of Napishtim.
I do greatly enjoy the new XSEED Ys releases. I have the special editions of all of them. The map was nice, and I actually really like the calendar. I hope XSEED makes a new one for next year and sells it on their website. The CDs are my favorite extras, though. The Ys I&II Chronicles CD totally rules!
On the game end of things, I have the PSP XSEED games I&II Chronicles, Oath in Felghana, and 7. I also have the PS2 Ark of Napishtim. Just a few minutes ago, I found the TurboGrafx CD version of Ys III: Wanderers From Ys for $35 shipped. The case is supposed to be in bad shape, but I can live with that. My mom used to get free CD jewel cases all the time, and I still have a bunch of leftovers. I can't wait for it to arrive! I know it's going to be a tough game, but I'm still looking forward to it.
I had just gotten a PC Engine Duo-R last week, so I plan on getting both TurboGrafx CD Ys releases. However, I will probably wait until next year to get I&II. I played it on the Wii Virtual Console last year, and I'm not that eager to play it again since it wasn't that long ago that I played it last. There are other TurboGrafx and PC Engine games I want to get first.

Yeah, as far as I know. Paid $280 shipped for all three from the US to Norway! All three copies have their spine cards, and I've checked them pretty thoroughly. They're also in pretty mint condition, but you can't tell that from the pictures at all, specially not the second volume. I love them! Nice to see a fellow Scandinavian Ys fan, by the way  |

Hey everyone, Since getting back from Japan, I've finally had a change to organize some of the new items with the old and edited a few shots of my current Falcom / Old School Japanese Computer games shelf. I wish I had just a tad bit more room to display the Falcom Chronicle book a bit nicer, as well as the porcelain Lilia statue and PC-8801 Mail statue kit from Popful Mail.
