Aw man. I just got me a new pet but it turns out that I could have gotten another new pet HOURS ago since it was sittin' pretty in the museum for God knows how long. :P
I somehow doubt I'll get the final pet because it seems like I have to go through agony to obtain it -- that is, the fun fun Dream Labyrinth dungeons are in this game too.
But this time, it's 20(?) levels of mayhem!!!
*cries*
I should just go straight to the last dungeon already. ._____.
===============
Edit on October 16th, 18:14 (original post at 1:33): OMG. The level 30 "G" dungeons are GOOD TIMES. So much money and food! *____* Too bad the enemies kick the snot out of me. (Currently at level 26.)
Speaking about getting beatdowns everywhere, I made it to the level 10 resting station at the Dream Labyrinth at the Aurone Steel Tower. Unfortunately, the boss does 20+ HP of damage with each hit. -_-; I suppose I could have gotten through it if I wasn't so stingy with all the 3rd(?) tier food I had. I had over 10 of some of them and wanted to trade them in. XD
So I reloaded the game before Ragna could die and went back to Artte to do some mad food trading. Got 2 music CDs and more food! :D I have around 5-ish or so empty slots in the food section left.
I have all event items though! :3
I still have more things to buy and find. X_X Well, I know for a fact that I will never EVER complete the Kappa Ski mini game cuz I suck hardcore at anything that requires drifting. As a result, ,I'm going to forfeit everything that you can get from it (which is a skill and a figurine, I believe) right off the bat!
Man, I don't think I'm ever going to finish the game at this rate. :B And I know that once I do, I won't play the game again so I'm probably going to hang back for a while.

"G" dungeon being the modified ones? I haven't tried those yet, only one of the "level infinite" which takes like an hour just to get through all 20 floors, ugh. I'm still missing the tier 3 and 4 food of the last column (I think the 100k food item you buy in the ninja town is the tier 3 food too so screw getting tier 4 if that's the case, I'm not farming that much money), like half the event items , and a truckload of treasures/figurines. I doubt I'll have the patience to collect all of them but otherwise I'll do what I can within reason ;x EDIT: After playing the ski minigame for a bit...there's more than one difficulty so I'm probably as stuck as you are

I have to super beef up for those ones. -_-~ Getting to level 10 is a pain nevermind level 20. :E And yeah the G ones are the modified ones. If you do them, remember to go after the mystery treasure (謎のトレジャー) chests again as there's ANOTHER mysterious/need appraisal thing in there! Oh, and the slot machine is renewed too so you can get more food goodies! :D But d00de, the Dream Labrynith (the infinity/Lv 99) one give quite a bit of higher level food in chests, yar? And if you do the G dungeons, you'll get even more ... especially if you have the item that increases enemy drops! :3 (The Santa beard thing - サンタなおヒゲ - prize for getting to Beauty Hunter rank or 360 Hunter Points.) ....... You're eating all of them, aren't you? :P And money is so not an issue if you have the little wallet accessory (セレブなお財布 - prize for getting Gorgeous Hunter rank or 240 Hunter Points) and the G dungeons. :P Treasure hunting helps too! Anyway, despite what I wrote in my previous post, I went ahead and finished the game. The 2nd form of the final boss is TRULY EPIC. *THIS* is what Zwei!! should have had. Here's my profile info at the end of the game XD: And the Item screen. Check out the zany Defense compared to the other stats ^^: I never did find Ragna's second last, uh, suit but I think all the remaining pieces of clothing are in the Dream Labyrinth anyway so screw that! I'm also only missing one gadget. >:/ But I didn't take a screen of that one.

Ok... I'm gonna stop playing for a while. Workload is increasing and I'm having difficulty finding spare time for all my personal hobbies. Bah, I miss my schooling days.
I think it says much that I'm posting most of my comments here during work instead of at home.
Oh well, I've decided to complete Gurumin, Xanadu Next and LoH6 3rd first before going back to Zwei 2. Gonna be months before I start up Zwei 2 again.
So have fun guys, playing and replaying the game. It's been swell.

EDIT: After playing the ski minigame for a bit...there's more than one difficulty so I'm probably as stuck as you are There are 4 levels of difficulties. In the 4th level, you must break all the pots, avoid getting hit, beat the objective time, and beat all the Kappa clones to the goal. I finished the race with all the conditions met in 41 sec, so this is the time required to get the platinum medal and the Ruu figurine.

You must have acquired the robot from the mysterious treasure chest. In addition, you must have also recovered its spaceship (Captain 21), which is also from the mysterious treasure chest. 2) Complete the level 3 course in the Kappa ski mini-game. Alwen must be present. 3) Dinosaur bone. You get 337500 experience points for ingesting it. This item is only useful in the beginning of the game, where you will jump from level 1 to level 26. I used that item only because I wanted to get the remaining figurines from the last two boss battle simulations, which were not previously available.

Hrm, I'm sure I don't have the patience (or skill) to beat the ski game on level 3 since all the obstacles that damage you came into the picture At least Dark Impulse is so retardedly strong against normal enemies I won't really care Thanks for the other info though; I think I'm just gonna beat the game normally without collecting all the figurines/treasures and call it a day as I have so many other things to play too lol.

TT~ Think I'll check YouTube or nico to see if anyone's uploaded vids on how they look. (That's the only reason I'd want them. XD) And did you get the robot pet? :O I like him since he does attacks that hit in multiple directions! :D! I'd like the Fairy more if she'd would heal more often. >:( She also doesn't seem to "freeze" enemies enough. XD Well, I know some are immune but still. :/

Didn't get the robot pet, I'm missing one of the two treasures and I'm not feeling particularly inclined to figure out where it is (and that's assuming I even remember which zones I didn't get treasures in). I just use the bird because the bombs seem to have a high tendency to knock enemies over. Dark Impulse starts off with two gigantic hands and form a black ball, and enemies get sucked in, repeatedly getting hit for like...5k+ each time. The hands disappear as the ball becomes a miniature black hole

The hands disappear as the ball becomes a miniature black hole :) *_* I want. ;o;~ Maybe I'll shove food at Ragna and Alwen so I can have the confidence to beat up them Dream Labyrinth enemies to get it! (Er, I take it the Dark skill is from one of them?) I like the bird too but its final form is scary. :( I wish it remained small and cute with the little red bandana around it! Here's my list of fave pets from best to not the best XD Can't say anything about the final one. >:/ I sort of want it though cuz it looks cute. TOT~

Dark Impulse is indeed from Sekundum/Second Dome/whatever's Dream Labyrinth. I did this one first, and it made the other three pretty easy precisely because I could now spam this practically without impunity I don't like the cat, for some reason whenever it hits something it's like the game turns off the hit detection from my own characters until it's done. The last pet, Cobalt just punches things I think.

It'd be neat if it was the size of the giant doggy enemy in Zwei!! ^o^ Actually, I'd love to have the giant bunny as a pet. ^____^~~~

Mreh, what the hell -_- Is there any way of restoring the glass panels in the final dungeon set that break when you step on them because I'm stuck here without it after messing up the first time, and going back the stairs isn't an option because of that stupid gravity sphere

The last pet, Cobalt just punches things I think. Cobalt wields a katana at level 9. Captain No. 21 robot parts: There are 4 of them. Never mind the spaceship that I mentioned. It's irrelevant to the Captain No. 21 collection. All you really need is the blade gear to beat the bosses in the labyrinths. Equip with attack-enhanced accessories if possible. I've killed most of the bosses in less than 30 sec at level 25 with the blade gear (repeated use of jump slash).

Too bad that bosses in the labyrinths are nowhere as powerful as they were in the first game. I was hoping to face extremely difficult bosses. BTW, is it only me or does anyone else think that the final boss of Zwei II suspiciously looks a lot like Duless' final form in Ys Origin?
