Will be sold first at the live on the 21st for a lower price of 2500 Yen, then they'll start selling it normally afterwards. Doesn't say when though.
Tracklist: 1. Our Legend (Ikarus Watanabe, from Alternative Saga) 2. Till the Night of Glory (Sora no Kiseki the 3rd) 3. MOTHER EARTH ALTAGO (Ys SEVEN) 4. GREAT TREE (Ys SEVEN) 5. House of Aster (Sora no Kiseki the 3rd) 6. A Monster Appears (White Witch) 7. TO MAKE THE END OF DIGGING (Gurumin) 8. CROSSING RAGE! (Ys SEVEN) 9. LEGEND OF THE FIVE GREAT DRAGONS (Ys SEVEN) 10. Way of life (Kotera Kanako, Zero no Kiseki)
I need this. Tracklist so good - Excluding 1 (which I don't know what it is), 6 (which I've never heard) and 10 that's a whole lot of god tier right here.

Just the first and last song, thankfully.

theiy aren't live versions, just studio recordings, the first time it's on sale is at the next Live gig. oh I forgot, I'm one of the few people here that finds the vocal versions better from JDK Band at their live gigs

That's fine, as long as it's with instruments instead of being entirely synthesized. As great as Seven's music sounded synthesized, I think it'll be even better with real instruments.

Yeah, I have the Spring 2008 CD and it's amazing, one of my favorite arrange albums ever. The new versions of Release of the Far West Ocean and The Dawn of Ys were worth the price tag alone.

LEGEND OF THE FIVE GREAT DRAGONS
See it's even in bold on the song list to mark how important it is...

Wow, this has a lot of potential. Is it the 21st of this month? That's really soon as I'm still taking in the Ys Alternative saga soundtrack.

They'll pretty much always have me at 'New JDK Album' but when the tracklist includes an instrumental version of Legend of the Five Great Dragons... sold!

Dunno when regular sales we can actually buy will be... although I may well try and get a copy off Yahoo Japan Auctions if there's no regular release date by then.

Awww, those are the two I don't really like that much from the album, because they've been done better elsewhere. But yeah, it is a really great CD overall. I listen to it often! -Tom Which versions are better, do you think?

Dawn of Ys is my favorite Ys game, but I still like the JDK Band version a bit more than the in-game version. And I'll just assume that the Perfect Collection version is the worst since that practically ruined A Great Ordeal.
