I played and finished Ys SEVEN when the Japanese version first came out. I bought the US release when it came out but didn't get halfway through the game. I blame because I had finished it before and SEVEN is a little more time-intensive (ie more talk, less action) than say Napishtim, Felghana, or Origins that I've played the crap outta.

Everyone is dead in the Dragon Ball universe.. it just doesn't stop them at all.

Meh. I don't mind the sports games. Like the VC, not all the free game offers can be winners. Of course, I've been bottomed out on coins since I got my golden nunchuk

Thanks. I'm still running with the Ys7 Dogi skin, but Darm Tower was lost when my friend shut down that world on our server.

Last Story continues to be fun and amazing. I didn't even know there was a new game+ until last night and I can't wait to replay this game and try different dialog options.
I don't remember the specifics away from the game, but there are also several instances where the game tells you the wrong button to press in tutorials if you are using a Classic/Classic Pro controller. I think for even knocking down baskets of fruit in town it says press Y but A works.
Also I'm convinced that the Brits can not pull of a child's voice to save their lives.

Yep. No changes to the European localization. We figured, if it ain't broke, don't fix it -- and the European voices and spellings just fit the overall atmosphere of the game so perfectly, we saw no reason to mess with them. -Tom Read: We were lazy so we're claiming artistic license! ;P I don't mind the voices. They've been using English accents in jRPGs since Dragon Quest VII (or was it VIII?) but that's not how we spell things in Eagleland. You are un-'merican and I'm reporting you as a terrorist.

Classic and lovable. If you're looking for more Phoenix Wright redubbed over humorous audio, search Youtube for Phoenix Wrong. The quality is kinda random, but there are always some gems. there was a longer version of Phoenix Wright singing Numa Numa with Maya leading that I can't find anymore

I got it. Amazing work on the box. Curious if XSEED just republished the European version because it certainly seems like they didn't do any localization work. All British spellings are still in place. <_<

That's a lovely Astro City. I wanted a candy cab for my Gokujou Parodius PCB (though I think that's a horizontal mount) but was cheap and just got a used NeoGeo cab for it instead.

I'm cleaning out my collection of figures and stuff and decided it's time to part with these now that I have the Append ver. Price includes shipping anywhere in the US. If you are outside the US and are interested, PM me. I'll quote you exact shipping to your location and drop $10 from the listed price. Figma no.014 Hatsune Miku - $50 Shipped This is the original Japanese version. It is complete and was displayed for a bit and not really posed much. Figma EX 003 Hatsune Miku Live Stage version - $70 Shipped This is also the original Japanese version from Wonder Festival 2009. Come with a Di:Stage. It is also complete and was displayed for a bit, but barely played with like the regular version. I have constructed the papercraft stage, though, and it will be included.

Bah. Do we really need Adol's childhood? He has wanderlust, so he travels everywhere and sticks his nose where it doesn't belong. That's all the character I've ever needed for him

Oh wow. Sol-Feace is a long-standing Sega CD favorite of mine but I know nothing about the X68k version. Now I am curious! .. but can it compare to this marvelousness? (I'm so sure I've posted these before)

They need to port the D&D arcade beat'em ups to XBLA & PSN. I'm sure there could be some rights issues, but they're amazing games solo or with friends. Plus they've rereleased other licensed games like Simpsons, X-men, and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Only MMO I remember that had gender difference were Age of Conan which caused an outrage because females had more dexterity but swung like 0.25% slower and some mathnerd calculated out that " in endgame, this results in a 1.75% DPS loss! THis is an outrage!", luckly more sane people accused sexism but it's a game entirely based around sexism just about sooo~ Lol, I was thinking about bringing that up but you beat me to it. Sexism in AoC? Never... Boob sliders that go from above average to superheroine size? definitely. Though gender specific stats exist in Asian MMOs often (or maybe only in dungeon crawlers, thinking about the examples I'm about to give). In PSO and beyond, males and females have always had different stats. This is most noticeable in PSU derived games where any race/gender could be any class. I'm pretty sure this exists in PSO2 as well. Also Dungeon Fighter Online has almost completely different skill sets for the male and female versions of their classes.

Hey, wait, what did I do this time? I've got no clue what's going on. My response to internet drama is just to ignore it because it usually stems from any or all of the participants taking stuff to seriously that really isn't important. Like there's a PSO2 translation topic that erupted into liquid hot drama just because people were arguing over how to romanize character names. <-- this is a silly extreme There was a time and a different me who would've cared. I can even say such grand things like I once knew someone on the internet who I connected to on such a deep level that when she flipped out and told me I was the most egocentric person she ever knew (she was right) it left me with emotional scars that still exist 10 years later, and most of them I still don't know that I have. But I live on and have grown despite it.. these days my worries are things like keeping my job, having the money to keep & repair my house, and trying to start a family
