Yeah some of those sketches of Sephiroth and Squall were pretty cool. I wish they did a collection of some sorts, that gave you an art book. Sort of like the one you got with the special edition guide for FF12.

Yeah Yoshitaka's work was brilliant for sure. I want his artbook, but I hear its damn hard to get a hold of. Er ...? You mean Dawn? Oh god! I WANT that artbook!! :( I'm not even a big Yoshitaka Amano fan (I actually didn't like his work much until I was shown the stuffs he did for Neil Gaiman and Micheal Moorcock... then he grew on me!) but I WANT that!! D: While I didn't quite like his 'guest art' in the later Nomura infested Final Fantasies, I did like the Yuna lithos. :) I haven't seen any of his works for FFXII beyond the title Gabranth though? :-/ FFT, Vagrant Story and FFXII's works are done by Akihiko Yoshida by the way. I really love that guy's works! Aaaand Amano did all the Final Fantasies till VI (and so of IV and before) though I think... Soraya Saga had a hand in IV and V too? I think?

Wow. It's like watching some terrible cycle reach its completion.
I really need to start reading the 4th book. =[

Speaking of Amano and Vampire hunter D, Have any of you played the PS of Vampire Hunter D? Just curious cause I play it only once when I was little and was only little impressed since it was based on the bad ass movie.
